Meet Chef Elyssa Silva
Recently featured in Ocala Style Magazine, Chef Elyssa Silva is redefining hotel dining with her signature “upscale comfort” cuisine. A proud graduate of Johnson & Wales University with degrees in Culinary Arts (A.S., B.S., and M.S.), she brings over a decade of high-level experience from luxury properties such as W Boston and Sheraton Boston.
Chef Silva has trained under culinary greats like Executive Chef Joseph Florio and continues to push boundaries with creative, made-from-scratch dishes. One of her signature creations—Pork Belly Cinnamon Rolls—showcases the playful, refined flavors that make her menus stand out.
A native New Yorker with a bold vision, Chef Silva now calls Ocala home, and she’s passionate about bringing unforgettable cuisine to every event she touches.
